WPC: Masterpiece – Smooth as Glass

There are many different kinds of masterpiece – natural, man-made, artistic and so on. Another is the product of a determined perfectionist, as in the paint-job on this classic car.

The evenness of paint application, the polish to a high sheen, the superfine application of a clear coat to lend that magnificent shine, and all the grunt labour and the sanding steps in between are the hard and unglamorous truth behind any final masterpiece. They don’t happen without a lot of work and skill, but the results are magnificent.

This mirror-smooth car coat demonstrates a real eye for detail and perfection, and an absolute determination not to settle for anything but the best.

Lovely pic, J. You need to categorize under “Photography” for more exposure. Ha! Ha! (No pun intended but it is funny. 😉

You’re such a wag. As you know, I’m still low on the learning curve. Thanks for input.
